Sad, very sad; but lie to a Grand Jury and you be in trouble--and that's the truth.

Its seems typically American to retropectively condemm when at the time proper controls should have been in place. Lying to prosecutors seems to be a common crime . Maybe trying to close the stable door before the horse bolts may be a good idea. The self righteous claptrp we so often see is sickening. Everyone is an expert post factum. your other herosJones and that bicycle rider also spring to mind as doe WMD and other lies that are told and go unchallenged. Its easy to pick out individuals but sometimes teh system breeds cheats and maybe teh system needs to be examined without the self righteous nonsense.

What is the big deal here. Yes, it is a crime to lie to the Grand Jury. Its a crime of the sperit to lie to any one. At one time there was no stigma tied to steriods, them the health risks became known, then it became ileagle. Now there is the rub. If Gary, knowing the danger, thought the rewards were worth the risk then its his body

What about all the others who used steriods and lied? I guess since he holds a record you have to be sure to destroy him. Get a real job. So many other things are going on to change our lives forever in a negative way.If you're so unhappy, destroy the record and shut up.

It's a good cartoon. But..... Barry did make all those homers. That's a proven. 763 lies? He still has to go to court and be found guilty before anyone can say he lied. 'Nuff said. Cagle cartoons are great.

At first I thought pros should be able to use streoids if they want to. Then I realized how destructive they are to the body and that no one should have to take them to compete with those who do take them. So I still agree with the ban. It looks as though he lied. Our entire justise system is based on the truth. He's very visible. We cannot ignore this. We didn't ignore Clinton when he lied. We have to try to maintain standards

Give me a break. Barry did not lie. The US attorney who is shortly leaving office, decides to get Barry one last time. Nothing here people.Nothing new. Barry is the home run king.. Cartoon is garbage.
