McCain still has the press tamed.  Meet The Press this AM was full of the usual smarmy love.

Politicians don't tame the media - their own circulation and advertising departments do.  You can't even stop yourselves from feeding on your true darlings ... the Clinton's.

It's just like the media to concentrate on the important issues, like McCain's supposed hanky-panky with a lobbyist. How about his suppport for the Iraq war, the most disastrous blunder in U.S. foreign policy since Vietnam? Oh, I forgot, the violence is down in Iraq since we've bribed the locals into being our mercenaries, and militant demagogues like Al-Sadr are wisely waiting until the right time to strike again. Not to mention that it's hard to fight your sectarian "enemies" when so many of them have fled the country.

McCain is old news now.  That is, until Nader  makes him President

I like the technical aspects of the cartoon, not just the message: the way you have created a scaly almost believable creature in 2-D is impressive. It's actually rather scary!
