I voted for Mitt Romney. Since the majority of Republicans didn't share my enthusiasm, I will follow his lead and support McCain for the good of the party and the good of the country. I hope everyone will read this article carefully and come together to defeat the Democrats in November.

I'm going along with Bob. Four more years of Republicans is totally unthinkable.I loved the cartoon.

It seems to me there is an advertising campain going on to try and sell McCain as a Democrat in disguise, possibly to try to regain the Regan Democrats who have found out that all this deregulation has seen their jobs outsourced and their salery either frozen or reduced, and the tax reform benifting only the ultra rich while increasing taxes for the workers with more social security tax and others. bullcrap, McCain is no Democrat, he'sold and set in Bush's ways.To see some cartoons with a Liberal outlook, go to my website,www.whatnowtoons.com

This is clearly a Rep cartoon -- by the extremist right wing for the right wing. No liberal or progressive would dream of eliminating a woman's right to choose, or defend the current insane Neocon war against Iraq.

Some of Mr. McCain's ideas seem more Democrat than Republican, hence the this type of cartoon. The probem with him is that his talk is not supported very well by his past actions. Reinventing onself during the campalign makes me think that our concerns about him are justified. What's a conservative to do?

McCain's ideas are hardly more democratic than republican. Of course, this is EXACTLY what both, the rapid right wing and mainstream media have worked hard to cultivate. McCain has flipped almost as often as Romney. Let's see...he has denied and then fully supported Bush's absurd tax cut policy, sees the U.S. in Iraq for, what, a million more years (?), claims to be fully against a women's right to make her own decisions, wants to "bomb bomb bomb Iran," and on and on and on. And these are just a very few of McCain's flipflopping and pandering examples.Rather than providing real observation, this cartoon simply mirrors bad propoganda, mainstream media, and right wing misinformation. And, y'know, if folks really consider Limbaugh, Savage, and W as 'real' Republicans, they have been fully suckered by the theocratic machine. One can vote and believe in (real) republican values and not support this group of political parasites.

Right on Lu, The righty wing & the media are really working hard to brainwash us into believing McCain is something he is not, this is a real hail mary pass designed to fake out the oposition. Well look at the numbers people, record turn outs for Obama, we're tired of losing our hjobs, paying more taxes than the rich and seeing education & healthcare skyrocket while these people line their pockets crying out for tax relief, for them, not us, people are waking up and they're not happy with what they see. These right wing propaganda cartoons are just so much tripe to sell they're point of view. One party government. The times they are a changing.www.whatnowtoons.com

People need to remember Ronald Reagan(zap)was a Democrat before he became a Republican, and he had Alzheimers dementia. I don't think he was the sharpest knife in the Republican drawer.
