You are forgetting to mention the Democratic Congress.  You know, the ones that promised CHANGE....gas prices? I seem to recall a promise of the Dems to LOWER them, or was that some other Democrats?

I happen to believe that history will be kinder to GWB than you folks. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve the criticism, but given perspective, and hopfully Obama delivering on his promise to declassify a lot of secret stuff, we'll get some true insight with which to pass judgement.
