I want to congratulate Mr. Nader on the bold decision to run (again!) for the presidency. Although I was appalled by his concern regarding the current ratio of the victims in Israeli-Palestine conflict (one Israeli to every 300 Palestinians, per Mr. Nader sources), I think it is a good news that a politician does not afraid to state clearly his/her position on this conflict (meet the Press with Tim Russert). Yet even better news is that such a politician is inconsequential in the American policy. And, after all, what is the optimal ratio, in Mr. Nader’s view?

I saw Mr. Nader's declaration and I am curious why he has not approached the candidates egarding his issues and worked with them on including them in their platform as much as they would be able to. I think he needs attention right now and this seems to be the best way he can get if for himself. He is entitled to throw his hat in the ring though - that is the American way...
